DOORCO has a quick and simply to use online ordering system which will enable you to order your door online in just minutes. As soon as you join us as a DOORCO customer you will be provided with a userid and password so you can process your order immediately. Our Customer Services Team are on hand to provide any advice or help as you process your order and we also have a quick user guide for your reference.

We provide free weekly deliveries to England, Wales and Scotland. We partner with a long established transport company with over 45 years as a Haulage Contractor and offers quick and reliable delivery service across the UK aswell as delivery via a fleet of DOORCO Vans to provide extra flexibility to our customer base.

DISTRIBUTION – NEXT DAY DELIVERY FOR ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 3PM.
We provide free delivery for orders placed before 3pm to England, Wales and Scotland. We partner with a long established transport company with over 45 years as a Haulage Contractor and offers quick and reliable delivery service across the UK.

Prepped Doors – Standard 3 days
Glass – 5-7 days depending on the type of glass
Painted Doors – Premium Colours (1 or 2 Sides – Same Colour) – 5 days
Painted Doors – Premium Colours (2 Sides – Different Colours) – 7 days
Stained/Bespoke/Ral Doors (1 or 2 Sides) – 7 days

All our doors need to go on a double sized pallet which can be expensive to deliver, please contact us to discuss your individual requirements so we can work out the best way to dispatch your orders.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I send an order?

We accept orders on our online order system, if you would simply like a quote, contact us via email or telephone.

Please be aware that no door can be sent to production until confirmation is sent. This must be by return email to the DoorCo Administration team. Late confirmations may result in a later delivery date, so please ensure you check and return confirmation as soon as possible to avoid delay.

What size can I cut the door down to?

We supply GRP Composite doors ranging in size dependent upon style from 682mm to 914mm in width and 1913mm (maximum height reduction) to 2013mm in height. If you wish to have an aperture cut out by the handle on the door in models such as the Carnoustie, Birkdale, Penina, Riviera, Lytham, Turnberry, Troon and Gleneagles then this increases the parameters and would need to be reflected on your order as follows:

45mm Backset Lock: 740mm
35mm Backset Lock: 715mm
The height is not affected in this instance.

It is very important to check your order confirmation and ensure the information, especially correct Backset specification is as your requirements before you confirm.

How long does it take to order glass or to have my door painted?

We offer a variety of glass types which can be ordered together with your door slab, not all glass models are in stock on the shelf at all times, so there can be longer lead times on some models. Some types of glass can take up to 5-7 working days to arrive and glass is only ordered once you have confirmed your order by e-mail to the DoorCo Administration office. Please take this into consideration if you have already committed to a delivery time to your customer.

How do I inform you of my technical specification?

We have a simple technical specification sheet which you can download and send to us and we will setup your specification on the system.

You must complete your technical specification details on the Technical Specification form provided. Any alterations to your Technical Specification also need to be sent on a technical specification sheet. In some cases, if we do not possess the required hardware we will need 5 working days to implement your new specification, however if we already have your hardware in our system we will endeavor to change immediately.

I need to cancel my order – what can I do?

You need to notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order for manufacturing orders to manufacturing@door-co.com or distribution orders orders@door-co.com. If your door has already been put into production then unfortunately we will be unable to cancel your order.

I have received my door, but it is damaged

Transit Damage
If the product is received by you and has transit damage to the outer packaging then this must be noted when signing the carrier’s delivery note or hand held computer. If it is obvious that the whole set has been damaged during transit then you can refuse delivery and ask for a replacement set to be sent. You must inform the office on 01625 428955 and they will process your claim.

Manufacturing Faults on arrival or missing items
If when unpacking the product(s) and within 72 hours of delivery you find that there is a manufacturing fault or missing parts, we request that you contact the Office via email and complete a Non-Conformance Material (NCMR) report along with pictorial evidence and our Administration office will look to send out replacement items or investigate your compliant.

Does the paint come with a Guarantee?

Our DOORCO doors come with 25 year warranty and 10 year paint guarantee on factory produced doors and 5 year paint guarantee on stains and special colours.

What cleaning materials should I use for the door?

Please can we advise customers that the doors MUST only ever be cleaned with water based cleaning products and not Solvent or Alcohol based solutions as these solutions may damage the door. Doors are cleaned and checked as part of our quality procedure prior to dispatch so there should be no need to use strong cleaning products on receipt.
