DOORCO Composite Door is a combination of traditional looks and advanced manufacturing techniques. Although looking like a traditional UK design timber door, used in the UK for hundreds of years, DOORCO composite doors are constructed using state of the art materials and process giving the traditional designs a modern day advantage.
Of the traditional styles St Andrews and Gleneagles are unique to DOORCO, whilst the Sunningdale and Belfry Farmhouse styles are aesthetically superior to other composite door suppliers, as the DOORCO design is manufactured from new design door moulds.
Grained GRP skins provide the traditional timber appearance, but with a low maintenance robust material, providing a long lasting product. Inside the door the strong PVC/Timber outer frame combined with the thermal performance benefits of the warm foam core, benefit the home owners with strength and security as well as excellent thermal properties, ensuring all thermal standards are easily achieved.
Our doors are available in a range of standard colour and woodgrain finishes, but with our state of the art paint plant, we can now provide a wide range of specialist colours and a colour matching service.
We offer a full in house service for painted doors and as you can imagine these orders take longer to process. Lead times are 7 working days for colour ranges advertised in our brochure or 10 days for the RAL colours which are bespoke. This is to provide sufficient time for painted products to be finished in line with our quality control standards.
